What You'll be Doing:
- Develops and maintains effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of HR and business strategy in support of operational growth and exceptional customer service.
- Serves as a member of the senior leadership team to make key decisions and develop strategic plans and objectives for the business.
- Align business decisions made by the senior leadership team with the culture and leadership philosophy aspirations.
- Identifies, assesses, and resolves matters involving employee/labor relations, employee engagement and work performance.
- Use culture and engagement data to create targeted solutions for improving workforce engagement.
- Coaching and development of the human resource business partner team and senior leadership.
- Provides guidance and counsel to business partners in managing team development and performance.
- Responsible for workforce planning, including talent management, succession planning, and executing special projects aimed at identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent.
- Accountable for leadership development program utilization and success including budget attainment.
- Identify and assess team member and management development needs and coordinate with business partners and functional specialists to develop and/or deliver cross-functional and on-the-job training.
- Design and implement strategies to identify, attract and hire high potential talent to organization. Participates in screening and interview processes.
- Directs change management initiatives by developing awareness, understanding, ownership, and accountability for change.
- Recognize, design, and implement organizational design changes to seize business opportunities.
- Accountable for supplemental budget items, including influence over labor and benefits budgets for the business.
- Ensures implementation and monitors compliance of legislative requirements with policies and programs.

What You Bring with You (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business is preferred.
- 10+ years of Human Resources experience with proven results, including previous leadership experience.
- Prior experience with employing leading-edge HR practices, including workforce planning tools such as talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, leadership and communication skills.
- Strong thought leadership, strategy execution, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to independently identify and analyze issues and problems and develop and influence appropriate customer-focused business solutions and plans of action.
- Track record of influencing and providing consultation to leadership around complex organizational issues, including strong diplomacy, collaboration and change management skills.
- A high level of initiative with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, deal with ambiguity, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with varying levels of the organization as needed.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience conducting and managing corporate investigations of complex/sensitive workplace complaints, including EEO related allegations.
