??Responsible for managing a team and processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Provide leadership in developing and improving financial models, performance metrics, and forecasting methodologies to drive business insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial visibility, ensure compliance with reporting policies, and support data-driven decision-making. The team will also be responsible for developing and maintaining financial scorecards, scenario analyses, and reporting frameworks to evaluate business performance and opportunities.


What You’ll be Doing:

  • Lead the development, enhancement, and automation of financial reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide financial insights and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making and executive leadership.
  • Partner with business leaders to enhance financial visibility and drive accountability for financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain financial scorecards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and scenario analyses to evaluate trends and business risks.
  • Support the consolidation and reporting of financial results, ensuring clear communication of business performance.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and leverage technology enhancements to streamline financial reporting and planning functions.
  • Provide leadership and oversight in enforcing the company’s accounting policies and procedures.
  • Develop, mentor, coach, and manage a team of direct reports, ensuring the development of team members through establishing objectives and providing cross- functional initiatives and efforts.

What You Bring with You (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or a related field; public accounting experience is a plus.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and collaborate across functions.
  • Proven ability to develop and enhance financial reporting, planning, and forecasting models.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with financial planning systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic insights.
  • Ability to drive process improvements and implement technology enhancements in financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present financial insights effectively to leadership.
  • Customer and results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business value
