We are hiring a Change Enablement Consultant to design and deliver change management strategies and activities for priority initiatives across various functional areas.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Drive overall change management strategy and implementation plan for large transformational projects
  • Identify and document organizational impacts of change initiatives
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and perform stakeholder analysis
  • Assist in role identification and mapping
  • Support change management strategy development across Vision & Value, Leadership Engagement, Communications, Organization Alignment, Learning & Support and Change Readiness & Sustainment
  • Ensure readiness for planned changes by executing communications and learning
  • Implement change management techniques to drive adoption by:
    • Assisting with the development of stakeholder change communications and business process related training/education
    • Identifying change risks and developing mitigation strategies. Could include leadership engagement, organization alignment and governance
    • Supporting the creation of change
  • Responsible for coaching and training internal clients and users on Change Management to grow the team and accomplish the objectives of the area
  • Leverage Change Management methodologies, tools, assessments, presentations, forms to support the execution of Change Management Strategy
  • Participate in the training and coaching processes with internal clients
  • Deploy and analyze surveys, participate in stakeholder interviews, and synthesize insights and key findings
  • Will respond to requests from internal clients providing strategic solutions with the purpose of meeting business needs and supporting strategy execution

You will partner with key stakeholders and influencers including global and regional Human Resources Business Partners.


Required Skills and Competencies:

  • At least 3 years of experience in change management
  • Strong strategic thinking skills
  • Able to manage ambiguity and risk in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience working on large scale enterprise-level change initiatives
  • Confidence and comfort interacting with leaders at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent planning, organizing and prioritizing skills

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration or related
  • Change Management Certification
  • Project Management Certification
  • Experience within Human Resources
