The Plumbing Wholesale Customer Service Representative provides the friendly and knowledgeable voice of our company, you’ll assist customers via phone, email, and online chat, ensuring they get the right products for their needs. You’ll process orders, track shipments, troubleshoot issues, and support our website customers—all while keeping the gears turning behind the scenes with inventory coordination and billing assistance.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and website chat.
  • Process and manage orders, quotes, and job files from start to finish.
  • Track and troubleshoot orders while coordinating shipping and inventory.
  • Support website customers, process online orders, and resolve account issues.
  • Assist with billing inquiries and service-related concerns.
  • Occasionally support warehouse, counter, and showroom operations as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience in customer service or the plumbing industry.
  • Knowledge of plumbing products and applications is preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Eclipse software.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations, including margins, discounts, and percentages.
