What We’re Looking For:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sr. HR Business Partner supporting our dynamic global Supply Chain team. This role involves partnering with leadership across our Manufacturing facilities worldwide, as well as Purchasing, Planning, and Engineering groups. You will collaborate with the HR Centers of Excellence to develop and implement effective human capital and workforce plans based on analysis and insights that align with our business strategies. Engaging stakeholders for effective change management, providing workforce solutions to business challenges, and advising leaders and employees on HR policies and practices are key aspects of this role. This position requires a forward-thinking partner who can connect our HR strategy with business objectives to shape a prosperous future for our Amway Business Owners and the company.

Our Supply Chain team consists of 2300 employees globally, including 225 leaders at all levels, with 115 leaders based in the US. The functions you will support include Engineering, Maintenance, Data and Analytics, Procurement, Planning, Transportation and Warehouse, Skilled Trades, Trades (import and export), and Farms. This role has global responsibility across multiple countries, with US locations in Michigan, BP, and Washington State.

While travel is minimal, typically one international trip per year, the role involves significant international work, partnering with global partners, and managing late-night calls and early mornings. You will also represent the client in bringing feedback to HR to design programs, ensuring hourly employees are included. Although you will not have direct reports, you will work closely with the Chief Supply Chain Officer and provide guidance to the HR Generalists, informing their work based on client needs.

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Human Resource Business Partner, HR Manager or related experience.
  • Strong Business acumen with experience in developing human capital/workforce plans that align and impact business strategies.
  • Organizational design expertise and proven ability to drive effective Change Management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in providing consultation and guidance to C-suite executives.
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related discipline preferred.
