Description

Amazon sends millions of communications to our Selling Partners every day, ranging from informational updates about new features or upcoming events to critical business information. These communications are delivered through a variety of channels, including email, web notifications, SMS, mobile push, and others by thousands of business teams across Amazon. The quality, consistency, and accuracy of these communications shape the entire experience that Selling Partners have with Amazon.

We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager - Technical to define and execute the grand vision for our Selling Partner Communications platform. If you have a passion for communications, enjoy working with large-scale global platforms, and enjoy the thrill of experimentation and optimization, then this is the job for you. We are seeking a self-motivated technologist, keen to deeply understand and build products for our internal (builder) and external (Selling Partner customer). Our PM team works closely with engineering, program operations, and internal builders to launch high-quality, effective communications to Amazon Selling Partners. You will develop the vision, customer-centric roadmap, and strategy to improve our platform and the efficacy of Selling Partner Communications.

Key job responsibilities
- Define the communications onboarding experience and roadmap in partnership with program, engineering, and builders teams, developing seamless experiences that enable internal users (builders) to rapidly launch high-quality experiences.
- Leverage your high judgment to prioritize opportunities that drive the most strategic value; working with your engineering team to scope design effort, set/track goals and triage incoming priorities from builders.
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation, ML, and GenAI to optimize communication audiences, content, and channel delivery.
- Drive initiatives to expand the platform to new customers, use cases, and communication delivery channels.
- Manage a portfolio of experiments to improve Partner Communications and identify communication attributes that drive the largest contribution to Partner Communication engagement.

About the team
The Selling Partner Communication Platform vision is that all Partners receive and action only the most relevant, defect-free, and consistent communications, where and when they need them.
