Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Loader to retrieve cartons, pallets, and orders in the correct sequence to ensure customers receive complete and accurate shipments. The ideal candidate will follow standard operating procedures, maintain a clean work environment, and support overall warehouse operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately retrieve and load orders per RF direction.
  • Ensure correct shipments by verifying order details.
  • Identify and correct errors from prior processes.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and assist other departments as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain reliable attendance.


Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency with standard office equipment.
  • Computer literacy and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.


Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of six months of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in the Plumbing/Waterworks industry is a plus.


Certifications and Licenses:

  • Must be able to pass an operator exam and safely operate powered industrial equipment.

  • Must maintain a state of alertness and always work safely.
  • Vision requirements include clear sight at close and long distances, depth perception, and color recognition.
  • Work is primarily indoors but may require occasional outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions.
  • Moderate noise level in the work environment.
  • Must successfully pass a substance abuse screening.
